Not sure if it was planned but several apps for creatives of all kinds are free today on Apps Gone Free. Here’s a bit about the three I downloaded:
Prompts– Defeat writer’s block. The app supplies the prompt and you just write. You can also share, save, and get stats about what you write

*Oflow– this app provides different methods to keep you thinking creatively and constructively

*I’m really excited about this one.
Tunable– a toolkit for musicians that includes a tuner, metronome, chord generator and audio recorder (originally $.99)
There’s also a pocket guitar app and a drawing app listed today as free. If any of these tickle your fancy (and you have an iPhone or iPad) check them out before they’re no longer on sale!
